Rui Fernandes e Carlos Azevedo da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial, Industrial e de Servi\u00e7os; Edgar Fragoso e Sim\u00e3o Ferreirinha da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Freguesias da Cidade; Armando Tardego do Agrupamento 602 dos Escuteiros;
